STAFF H DRIVE REMOTE ACCESS

Access to your H Drive remotely requires an Internet connection from home.
Transfers will vary depending upon your connection speed from home.

Step 1.
Download and install a free copy of WS_FTP on your home computer.

Step 2.
Enter the following details.
This window is case-sensitive.
Enter your User ID. eg NETWORK\citizenj and password, and then press the Advanced tab.

Step 3.
You will now be connected to your H Drive.
Your C drive is listed on the left hand side, and your H drive is listed on the right hand side. To transfer files, click on the file(s) you wish to use and press either the left or right arrows located between your C and H drives to transfer accordingly.
