Immanuel offers an exceptional film and media program that is highly regarded within the college and the wider community. Our program covers various aspects of film and media production, allowing students to explore and develop their creative skills. We are dedicated to empowering talented filmmakers, providing them with an incredible opportunity to showcase and refine their talents.

Film and Media Scholarship recipients are expected to focus on their creative development and actively participate in the College’s film and media program. Scholarships are awarded based on a successful interview with the selection panel.

Eligibility Criteria

Who Can Apply?

To be eligible for a Film and Media Scholarship, applicants must showcase a high level of creativity and knowledge in film/media production techniques.

Students entering Years 7 to 11 the following year are eligible to apply.

The Interview

What to Expect

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview with the selection panel and must be prepared to pitch an original concept for a short film treatment and answer questions from the panel.

The Scholarship Process

How to Apply

Applying for a TV and Media Scholarship at Immanuel is a straightforward process. Candidates must complete an online application form available below and submit a video of themselves performing two contrasting pieces. The video can be provided as a link or on a USB.
