– The calculations provided are a guide as per the Fee Schedule 2026 and are for estimation purposes only. Accurate calculations can be provided by contacting the Business Office.

Methods of payment
The College offers three convenient payment options.
Early Payment Discount
Pay the full annual fee by Friday, 30 January 2026 to receive an early payment discount.
- Prep to Year 6 — $300.00
- Years 7 to 12 — $400.00
Semester Payments
Pay the full semester invoice by the due dates:
- Semester One: Friday, 30 January 2026
- Semester Two: Friday, 17 July 2026
Direct Debit Payment Plan
Arrange a weekly or fortnightly payment plan with the Business Office, ensuring full payment is completed by 6 November 2026. This option is managed by the College at no extra cost. For more information, contact the Business Office at business@immanuel.qld.edu.au.
